Schedule Your Appointment
Appointments are scheduled by phone call only. Please call (210) 249-9183 during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). We do not schedule appointments by text message. You can also send us an appointment request form online and our staff will call you.
Our Locations
San Antonio: 7434 Louis Pasteur Drive, Suite 101, San Antonio, TX 78154 (Monday-Friday). Pearsall, TX: one day a month (twice a month in October). Please call for Pearsall clinic dates.
What to Bring
Please bring your photo ID, insurance card, list of current medications, referral from your primary care doctor (if required), and any recent lab results or medical records.
